PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised representative of the company all goods are delivered on cash on delivery basis. Where account facilities have been authorised payment of monthly accounts due by no later than the 10th of the month following delivery unless otherwise agreed. Where the account has not been settled by the 10th, supplies will be made on a cash on delivery basis only until account is brought up to date.

PRICES

The Company will make every effort to maintain stable prices, however, should circumstances beyond our control require any effective prices to be amended, the
Company reserves the right to carry out such amendments without prior notice to the customer. This price list cancels any previous price lists.

CHARGES

A charge of £35.00 will be made on all cheques returned by the bank unpaid. Cheques represented will incur a charge of £15.00.

TITLE OF GOODS

All goods remain the property of Focus Food Services Ltd until payment has been made in full and cleared by our bank.

CLAIMS AND SHORTAGES

All goods should be checked at the time of delivery. Advice of damage, shortages or discrepancies must be made to the driver at the time and marked on the driver’s copy of the delivery note.
