Dry goods orders must be placed with telesales for a guaranteed next day delivery.

Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorised representative of the company, all goods are delivered on cash on delivery basis. Where account facilities have been authorised - payment of monthly accounts is due by no later than the 10th of the month following delivery unless otherwise agreed. Where the account has not been settled by the due date, supplies will be made on cash on delivery basis until the account is brought up to date.
The seller reserves the right to apply a charge of 8% per annum above the current base rate to any overdue payments. In the event of non-payment, the fees from the seller's collection agency will be added to the outstanding account.
The Company will make every effort to maintain stable prices, however, should circumstances beyond our control require any affective prices to be amended, the Company reserves the right to carry our such amendments without prior notice to the customer. This price list cancels any previous price lists.
A charge of £25.00 will be made on all cheques returned by the bank unpaid. Cheques represented will incur a charge of £10.00.
Title of Goods
All goods remain the property of Focus Food Services Ltd until payment has been made in full.
Claims and Shortages
All goods should be checked at the time of delivery. Advice of damage/shortages and price & quality discrepancies must be made clear to the driver immediately and marked on the driver's copy of the delivery note. If this is not possible, you must inform us within 48hrs of the goods being delivered.
All goods are offered subject to availability.
